Adekunle Halim-Fakoya is a dynamic and visionary IT leader with over a decade of experience driving innovative technological solutions across diverse sectors, including finance, media, public service, and cybersecurity. As Chief Operating Officer, Adekunle brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach, underpinned by a robust background in enterprise IT infrastructure, user experience optimization, systems administration, and digital transformation.
With a career that spans some of the world’s leading organisations including Deloitte, CNN Media, S&P Global, and multiple local councils Adekunle has led large-scale projects involving Windows 11 deployments, enterprise device management using Intune and SCCM, as well as zero-touch provisioning via Autopilot. His leadership has been instrumental in modernising workplace environments, enhancing data security, and optimising remote and in-person user support systems.
Adekunle’s expertise extends to cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001. He is known for his operational excellence, having overseen multi-location IT support teams, led AV system optimisation for executive boardrooms, and managed asset and license lifecycles across enterprise environments.
An advocate for continuous improvement, Adekunle is certified in Palo Alto Networks firewall configuration, CCNA, and various IT asset management disciplines. He is passionate about building resilient, customer-centric IT ecosystems that align with modern business goals.
In his role as CEO, Adekunle is committed to steering the organisation toward scalable growth through digital innovation, collaborative leadership, and strategic foresight.
