IT USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT User Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to end-users. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to users remotely or on-site.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, software, printers, and connectivity.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and support procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.

IT OPERATIONS TECHNICIANS

Job Summary:
As an IT Operations Technician, you will manage day-to-day IT operations including system monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and performance optimisation to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance, backups, and infrastructure uptime.
  • Support deployment and maintenance of on-prem and cloud-based systems.
  • Assist with security patches, software updates, and change management.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and logs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT operations, system administration, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and virtual environments.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT INSTALLER/ FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIANS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Systems & Equipment Installer to handle physical deployment, setup, and servicing of computer systems and network equipment. This includes field work for installations and hands-on support in client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test hardware and peripherals at customer sites.
  • Conduct cabling, networking, and workstation deployment.
  • Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs.
  • Provide client training and technical support during and after installations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of installed systems and assets.

Requirements:

  • Technical background in hardware installation and IT equipment servicing.
  • Experience with structured cabling, printers, routers, and peripheral devices.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and follow setup procedures.
  • Preferably a driver with Valid UK driver’s licence (for field visits).
